I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota under the supervision of Ulya Karpuzcu in ALTAI research group since August 2019. My research interests include computer architecture, in-memory accelerators, spintronic computational RAM, security&reliability for computation, and hardware Ising/QUBO solvers.
I was with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as a Computing Student Intern under supervision of Maya Gokhale in Summer 2020 and 2021.
I obtained my B.Sc. in electronics and (tele)communication engineering from İstanbul Technical University, Turkey in 2016 under the supervision of Mustafa Altun. Prior to PhD, I was a Digital Design Engineer with Aselsan Inc. from 2016 to 2019.
